Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns on regular items within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided they are in sellable condition. This means that the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Custom items, including those personalized or made to specific specifications, are not eligible for return or refund.

Restocking Fee

  • For regular items, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover our processing costs.

Return Process

  • Shipping the Item: You are responsible for shipping charges associated with the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
  • Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed.


  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping charges incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable.
